Mediations are scheduled for weekdays and last up to 3 hours.
Morning mediations commence at 9AM/10AM while afternoon mediations commence at 12PM/1PM.
Mediation times are flexible and other times can typically be accommodated.
Weekend mediations are available upon request.
Simply put, mediation is a facilitated discussion between parties who may or may not be in dispute with an aim of coming to an agreement or understanding that is jointly crafted by the parties. Mediators do not make any decisions on the outcome, but instead expertly guide and assist the parties in communicating their needs and devising creative solutions to achieving a livable solution.
